Job description:

• Present training to the end-users
• Perform technology training sessions for IT department staff if required
• Present training to the end-users
• Perform technology training sessions for IT department staff if required
• Revise training presentations and schedules as needed
• Design training programs equip students/end-users with the appropriate skills
• Develop a suitable mix of formal and informal development activities
• Responsible for the set-up of the learning environment and resources
• Deliver training program in group (offline) and or online (e.g. e-learning and webinar) settings.
• Making class schedule & class scheme
• Evaluate student’s performance
• Students and other trainer’s attendance management
• Develop training management.
• Meeting arrangement regarding Training & Development.
• Making Class Presentation, short notes, routine etc.

Additional Requirements:

• Different types of documentation work.
• Any other work assign by authority
